As a Site Reliability Engineer at JPMorgan Chase within the Cybersecurity and Technology Controls , you will be responsible for the security configuration and security tools used to harden all of the Employee Compute assets, ranging from VDI, laptops and desktops on both Windows, Mac and Linux platforms, by using PowerShell, and Splunk dashboards you will create automation to remove toil and provide observability across multiple AD Domains.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science related disciplinesFormal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3+ years applied experience . In addition, 2 + years of experience leading technologists to manage and solve complex technical items within your domain of expertise  Experience planning, designing, building and implementing enterprise level security engineering products and solutions in a public cloud environment (i.e. AWS, GCP, Azure)Knowledge of secure software application development and technical processes with considerable in-depth knowledge in one or more technical disciplines (e.g., cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, mobile, etc.) Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools (Jenkins), version control tools (BitBucket, Github), managing and tracking work using management tools like JiraExperience building security engineering products and solutionsKnowledge of the Windows Workstation OSs (Windows 10/Windows 11 and Virtual platforms).

Experience within Cyber Security is preferredExcellent communication and presentation skillsPrior experience in finance industry is a huge plusKnowledge of either macOSX and/ Linux Desktop would be helpful
