WHAT YOU WILL DO
Establish SHE management system, monitor the management systems and evaluate performance, be proactive for continues improvement.Establish plant SHE procedures, supervise and check their implementation.Organize major inspection on equipment safety, implement rectification and correction measures for potential incident of equipment, and develop safety protection measures.Be responsible for plant SHE compliance, ensure 100% SHE compliance of plant operation, keep good relationship with SHE related government agency. Be responsible for plant SHE licenses apply and renew.Collect and implement national policies, codes and regulations on SHE's area, supervise and check implementation.Develop new plant SHE RTO plan and implement, participate MC acceptance related work.Responsible for new plant commissioning and SHE punch list closure.Responsible for the acceptance of SHE permitting.Lead firefighting and loss prevention, inspect and test periodically the conditions of firefighting and loss prevention facilities.Establish plant PSM system, be responsible for process safety.Be responsible for industry hygiene and occupation health.Properly arrange the occupational physical examination and physical examination for special jobs.Be responsible for environmental management, ensure 100% environment compliance of plant operation.Coordinate with relevant department for environment protection technical transformation and comprehensive utilization, actively carry on clean production and reduce the release of “three wastes”.Active participate in plant ESG system, drive plant sustainability improvements, aim for green plant.Be responsible for the implementation of ISO 14001 / 45001 system.Be responsible for the incident investigation and tracking all action.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
At least 5 years SHE manager experiences in Two Key Areas and One Major Hazard Facility of Chemical Industry. Familiar with laws and regulations of National and Zhejiang province will be preferred.National Certified Safety Engineers (CSE) in chemical field.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Safety or Chemical Engineering.CET4 or above, good oral and written English.New dangerous chemical plant management experience preferred.Be able to work under pressure.Post Code: 001,002
