Work with stakeholders and subject matter experts in product management to design learning assets for a variety of software products in the Power Generation and Oil & Gas industries. Develop various types of learning assets, including multi-media and eLearning assets, using industry standard software and best in class L&D Standards. Executes activities within the discipline covered by standard functional practices and procedures. Some judgment may be required but this is typically with guidance.

Roles and Responsibilities

Responsible for the consistent development, deployment, and improvement of engaging technical and solution training for all businesses and their global channels.Develops conceptual knowledge of professional discipline. May include support roles with specialized expertise or technical knowledge in broad area.Develops conceptual knowledge of technical software products, work processes, and customer use cases.Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or previous experience. Understands how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to this area.Resolves issues using established procedures. Consults supervisor or more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters.Builds relationships with peers, product management, and subject matter experts to build learning assets for a variety of PERS software products.Builds written learning assets by leveraging the Microsoft product suite.Builds multi-media and eLearning assets by leveraging the Adobe Creative Suite and Articulate Storyline product suite.

Required Qualifications

This role requires basic experience in the Services & Digital Education Services.Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (Educational, Communication, Psychology, Administration or similar). Capable of proofreading and editing in EnglishMs Office experienceAble to legally work in Mexico. This position can work remotely within Mexico.Effective written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish.
