Job Description

As Sensor Expert you are responsible for the development of nano magnetic sensors.

Create something new: You will work in an international environment developing a new innovative magnetic sensor for the next generation of consumer applicationsHolistic thinking: You will take over sensor development tasks in close collaboration with our global expert teams of magnetic materials, magnetics design, electronics (ASIC), semiconductor processes, and testingTake responsibility: You are responsible for sensor architecture, IP creation, and competitor analysis of advanced magnetic sensors. Within your work you consider system and market requirements as well as cost aspects of design and technology choicesExperience cooperation: You strongly support the cooperation and communication with our internal experts as well as external development partners and support our agile teams in their daily workContinuous innovation: Improvements and innovation are part of your work to keep ahead our position in the dynamic environment of consumer electronics

QualificationsPersonality: Great team player, innovative, proactive, efficient communication, motivated.Working Style: Structured, high-bandwidth team player with cross-cultural competence. Convincing communication and presentation skills to work successfully with internal and external stakeholders. High degree of self-organization and decision making within own area of responsibility.Experience: 3-5 years of professional experience in magnetics product development in semiconductor industry or prevalent academia, preferably in magnetic sensor architecture and/or system development. Deep technical understanding of advanced magnetic sensors including related semiconductor technology. Knowledge of consumer electronics system applications and MEMS technology is an advantage.Education: Excellent degree (M.Eng./M.Sc./PhD) in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science or related fields.Qualification: Proficient in magnetic sensor or MRAM development and characterization tools. Good overview and knowledge about relevant competitors, suppliers, and applications.Languages: English (full professional proficiency). German language optional.
