High School Diploma or GED, andMinimum of 4 years of wind trouble-shooting experience, and at least 1 year EHS, SQC, Lead role, ORMinimum of 6 years of wind trouble-shooting experience, ORMinimum of 3 years of wind trouble-shooting experience AND Bachelor's Degree in relevant field.Requirements
Ability to pass Technical Knowledge AssessmentMust have and maintain a valid driver’s licenseWillingness to travel up to 100% of the timeHandle repetitive weight - 50 lbs. and climb towers up to 300 feet dailyMeet and maintain specified manufacturer weight limits not to exceed 300lbs including required gearAbility and willingness to work in range of environments to include but not limited to industrial facilities, manufacturing facilities, and power industry facilitiesEffectively prioritize work according to contract obligationsAbility and willingness to take initiative, and work without direct supervision, andFlexibility to work rotating shift schedules, and on-call per site needs.Occasional overnights may be required per hub needs.
Desired Characteristics
The base pay range for this position is $41.52 - $46.57. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for annual merit increases based on performance. This posting is expected to close on 5/28/25 or thereafter.
