The Devices Software and Services team is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead multiple large-scale and highly visible operational excellence programs across Device organizations. These programs include peak readiness initiative to improve service scalability and resilience for high-TPS events, and platform modernization involving migration of legacy systems to new AWS platforms to enhance scalability, security, and cost efficiency. This is an opportunity to orchestrate large cross-organizational programs and deliver high-impact results. The Device Software and Services team builds services that enable critical customer experiences across all Amazon devices including Kindle, Fire TV, Fire Tablets, Amazon Echo, Smart Devices, in addition to Amazon experiences on 3rd-party devices. These services include device registration, device setup, over the air software updates, device analytics, cloud to device messaging, and device management services. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,400/year in our highest geographic market.
