Primary Responsibilities:
· Skill to support application, and fix issues quickly. Strong skills to drive and resolve issues in war-rooms (P1/P2 critical issues).
· Strong problem solving, analytical kills, Good communication and presentation skills, Good attitude and self-motivated.
· Prepare test planning & setup test data for break fixes. Execute test planning based on the fix requirements.
· Ensuring timely deliveries for all assigned tasks
· Participation in Design reviews, Test Case reviews, and Production Support readiness reviews for new releases.
· Support Prod and Release phases of the project via defect analysis, change maintenance, etc.
· Adhere to all quality requirements.
· Should be able to work independently. Adhere to all quality requirements.
· Good exposure on Jenkins, GitHub
Required Qualifications:
· Educational Qualifications: B.E/MCA/B.Tech / MTECH /MS Graduation (Minimum 16 years of formal education, Correspondence courses are not relevant).
· Good Knowledge on Agile practices
· Any knowledge on health care industry would be an added advantage.
· Relevant experience of years of as per technology provided.
· Ability to identify system changes and verify that technical system specifications meet the business requirements
· Strong problem solving, analytical kills
· Good communication and presentation skills
· Good attitude and self-motivated.
· Adaptable to work in Evening SHIFT (11:30 am – 8.30 pm or 2:30 PM – 12AM)
· Should be able to work on On-Call process and available during Holidays and Weekends (during on-call time only). Allowances available.
Technology:
· AS400 7-10 years experience
· Strong in AS400, COBOL, RPG, support experience
· Good to have Java and Cloud knowledge
· Individual contributor should guide team
