The Position

Position title: (Senior) Scientific Manager for AI Research Platform

You will drive the implementation of an AI-empowered research platform designed to enhance clinical research and patient outcomes through data-driven solutions. If you are passionate about advancing healthcare with AI technologies and data analytics, we are eager to hear from you!

Your Opportunity:

Develop AI Research Platform Infrastructure:

Design and develop an AI platform in collaboration with external vendors, ensuring clearly defined business scenarios for AI technology by gathering requirements from both internal and external stakeholders.

Enhance Data Analytics and Insights:

Strengthen our capabilities in data analytics, providing valuable insights based on the analysis of user behavior data from the AI platform and drive better business outcomes.

Advance LLM Applications:

Improve our digital infrastructure to enable more innovative exploration of LLM adoption within medical affairs or throughout the entire Roche China Organization.

Scale with Internal and External Demand:

Expand our capacity to meet increasing demands by providing high-quality training and data-driven insights, supporting our broader strategic goals.

Who you are:

Expertise in large language models and prompt engineeringProven experience in digital health or medical affairsStrong background in digital health product design and/or scientific researchExcellent project management skills with a track record of implementing impactful initiativesAbility to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with both technical and clinical teamsA deep understanding of clinical research processes and data-related regulation and policy is a plus
