The Impact of Your Role
As a Senior Research Executive within Ipsos' Global Syndicated Healthcare Services, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality research and insights to global healthcare clients.
Your work will directly impact client business decisions, contributing to their understanding of the healthcare landscape and enabling them to make informed choices based on robust data and analysis.
You will be working on the Global Therapy Monitors, which are leading syndicated research studies providing real-world patient data combined with healthcare professional perspectives across over 30 common and rare diseases globally. You will also contribute to other syndicated research offerings exploring pharmaceutical promotional impact, patient experiences, and key healthcare trends. This role offers the opportunity to develop expertise in specific therapy areas and contribute to the growth and development of the business
Your Day to Day
These are the types of things you can expect to be doing during your day to day, although as Ipsos is a dynamic organisation , this may vary as different opportunities arise:
Client Collaboration: You will collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges and research objectives. You will also support Team Leaders in building and maintaining client relationships, communicating project updates, and presenting research findings. You will also handle straightforward client requests independently and present sections of reports where appropriate Study Management: Collaborating with Team Leads on all aspects of research, from questionnaire design and study setup to data analysis and report creation. Data Analysis & Reporting: You will develop insightful reports and presentations that tell compelling stories based on data. You will independently manage complex analyses and play a key role in developing client deliverables, including insightful interpretations and recommendations. Presenting to clients: Actively participating in team discussions to identify key findings and develop compelling narratives for client presentations. Business Development: You will contribute to business development efforts by assisting with proposals and pitches. Continuous Development: You will stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, along with developing your research skills.Ipsos UK offers a hybrid working environment, 3 days in the office and working the rest from home.
About You

A background in healthcare market research or the pharmaceutical industry is preferred, but not essential. A passion for the healthcare sector and a strong interest in developing expertise within specific therapy areas are crucial. Proven experience in quantitative market research, ideally within a consultancy or agency environment with progressive growth and client interaction Experience with quantitative research methodologies and in developing and reviewing research materials (e.g. questionnaires,) Experience of drafting deliverables such as reports, that are impactful, clear and meet the client’s objectives Familiarity with Generative AI applications in research is a plus.Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely Strong quantitative analytical skills, with the ability to extract meaningful insights from data and translate them into actionable recommendations. Data visualization skills, with the ability to present data in a compelling and engaging manner. Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
