The senior research executive will have the following main responsibilities:
Actively manage client relationship in most of the research stages
Act as an effective project liaison between the research team & the other company departments to monitor the activities as they progress
Assist the more expert researchers in drafting the questionnaires that are impactful, clear and meet client’s objectives - or proceeding with it autonomously
Ensure high quality data delivered to client and high quality of the standard through the process: controls the quality of the research data obtained and its consistency with the project
Prepare reports with optimized data visualization, analyse their content based on facts & data, start working autonomously on recommendations
Active participation to all clients’ conversations, briefs and debriefs
Learn Ipsos methodologies, point of view, storytelling and client first principles to become a trusted partner for the clients.
The desired skills and experiences to become a senior research executive:
Essential:
University degree preferably in marketing/market research, social sciences, communication sciences or similar
2 to 5 years of professional experience within market research agencies
Market analysis skills, from data to insights
Excellent English skills
Manage multiple projects, liaise with a variety of different internal and external contacts.
Curiosity, proactivity, and entrepreneurship spirit
Collaborative and supportive mindset
Desirable:
International minded and multicultural oriented with strong interpersonal communication skills
Passion for marketing, brands, communication with professional experience in the domain
Other languages than English are an advantage.
