Veolia WTS is seeking an experienced Senior Real Estate Manager to join our Corporate Real Estate
team. This strategic position offers the opportunity to shape our European real estate portfolio while
working with regional leadership across operations in over 60 countries.

The role involves comprehensive management of our EMEA property portfolio, including lease administration, transaction management, and strategic site development. Working directly with the Global Director of Real Estate, you will have the autonomy to drive initiatives that create significant business impact.

What are the Day-to-Day Duties?

Lead operational lease transaction and negotiation projects and ensure timely completionManage lease administration for office, industrial, and laboratory facilitiesExecute lease abstractions and documentation into real estate management systemsOversee site dispositions, including sales and lease-backsPartner with legal teams on complex commercial contract negotiationsDevelop and maintain property database systemsCoordinate workspace planning and site relocationsSupport environmental compliance and site restoration projects

Qualifications

What Skills and Experience Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?

Bachelor's degree in engineering, real estate, accounting, finance or related field, or industry experienceProven track record in industrial asset and portfolio managementExperience with lease database management systemsStrong understanding of real estate fundamentals and capital structuresKnowledge of environmental regulations and property complianceExpertise in workspace planning and facility operationsProficiency with Google Workspace applicationsExperience in partnering with legal counsel and environmental consultantsUnderstanding of chemical storage and logistics requirementsProject management capabilities for complex real estate transactionsFluency in English essential, additional European languages advantageous
