Senior Planning & Execution Leader - Global Platform

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Planning & Execution Leader - Global Platform to lead and drive the successful delivery of global product data initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing complex, cross-functional projects related to the acquisition, transformation, and distribution of critical data solutions. You will collaborate with engineering, product, data science, and business stakeholders across multiple regions to ensure timely and high-quality data delivery for one of our Global Product Platforms.

As a senior member of the team, you will be expected to provide strategic guidance, mentor junior team members, and proactively identify and mitigate risks and roadblocks which will also include dependency management. You will be a key driver in optimizing our Global product planning and delivery processes while ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy.  You will also create/maintain critical project hygiene reports leveraged by Executive Leadership for critical strategic delivery decisions.

Equifax has a hybrid work schedule that allows for 2 days of remote work (Monday and Friday), with 3 days onsite (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) every week.


This role reports to our office in Alpharetta, Georgia.

This position does not offer immigration sponsorship (current or future) including F-1 STEM OPT extension support. 


This is a direct-hire role and is not open to C2C or vendors.

What you will do

Lead design, implementation and management of highly complex strategic initiatives. Work with leadership and BU to deliver detailed designs for business cases and initiatives across the company.

Perform Risk Management, including governing the risk and issue process, from risk, issue, and dependency identification, to developing and tracking mitigation plans, and facilitating the escalation of any issues or dependencies that block delivery.

Monitor and communicate initiative measures of success, plans, status, issues and risks in a timely manner to team members, stakeholders and senior management.

Present solutions to have the greatest impact on profitability and client satisfaction.

Develop and actively manage planning and delivery efforts for short and long-term organizational strategies while outlining assumptions, success drivers, dependencies, risks, expected outcomes and offering strategic alternatives necessary to pivot due to internal or external business goals.

Facilitate planning activities for the team.

Facilitate budget/business case activities for the team.

Manage time tracking governance activities for the team (ensuring proper codes are changed, time is submitted and approved, etc.)

Provide weekly/monthly program hygiene updates for SLT awareness and decision making

What experience you will need 

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Results-oriented professional with 7+ years of Technology Planning/Program Management, Release Train Engineer.

Experience in managing complex programs involving extensive change management in a global platform/services environment. 

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Forecasts and plans resource requirements for complex initiatives.

Experience in building and managing medium to large delivery functions using Agile methodology or has managed the entire business pillar portfolio with a supporting team.

Extensive experience with project planning, resource management, and risk management methodologies.

Deep understanding of the SDLC process and Agile methodologies.

Proficiency in project management tools, including Jira and Aha!, Smartsheets, and ServiceNow.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Cloud Certification Strongly Preferred in addition to exposure to GCP (preferred), AWS, or Azure.
