The Payroll Operations Sr. HRIS Analyst is responsible for running payroll, balancing, trouble-shooting and coordinating efficient processes on a bi-weekly basis. This position must maintain good relationships with business unit clients, other HC departments and vendors on a consistent basis.
In addition, this position will be responsible for more project-based tasks, including acquisitions, divestitures, testing and upgrades.

Graduate 5+ years of total experience 3 + years of US payroll experience on cloud-based ERP Experience with acquisition mapping, fit/gap analysis, set up and testing Good knowledge of MS Office applications specifically MS Excel Excellent knowledge of SQL Query Project documentation discipline Solid understanding of how to build efficient payroll processes Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks with hard deadlines simultaneously Proven solid analytical, problem-solving skills and payroll related technical skills Proven excellent verbal and written communication skills
