Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to join our Strategy and Transactions (SaT) team in Tashkent. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in providing expert valuation services, financial modeling, and economic analysis, while navigating the local business landscape with cultural sensitivity.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage valuation projects, providing insights and recommendations based on thorough financial modeling and economic analysis. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, understanding their needs and providing tailored valuation solutions. Engage in business development activities to identify and pursue new sales opportunities, enhancing EY's market presence. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet client objectives. Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments to provide informed advice to clients. Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and adaptability when working with diverse teams and clients, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA, ASA, ACCA) is preferred. Minimum of 8 years of experience in valuation, financial modeling, or economic analysis. Proven track record of managing teams and projects effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels. Cultural awareness and sensitivity to navigate the local business environment effectively. Fluent in English, Russian, and Uzbek; proficiency in additional languages is a plus. UZ state appraiser license is a plus.
