Position: Product Marketing & Communications Lead - GCPE JOB DESCRIPTION Chubb is seeking a general marketing & communication strategist as part of Global Core Platform Engineering (GCPE) team. This position is responsible for managing the day-to-day execution of critical projects, events, and campaigns for various internal products delivered by the platform team. The role will also be responsible for designing, writing, crafting, and deploying engaging marketing campaigns and promotional content across events, and digital channels. This position will work closely with Strategy office and Product team members of GCPE and key business stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Our ideal candidate is an exceptional project manager, writer, and marketing strategist - who can juggle multiple projects simultaneously and is a highly creative communicator with demonstrable experience in building messages for targeted audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate. This position operates on a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote) and reports to the Head of Strategy - GCPE. Candidates invited to interview should be prepared to share a portfolio of past work to demonstrate relatable experience. Responsibilities: • Managing the business’ day-to-day communications, marketing strategies and tactics, including leadership communications, marketing and product campaigns. • Collateral development, thought leadership and internal employee communication in coordination with the GCPE Leadership team. • Helping to drive marketing strategy and marketing campaign management targeting internal platform consumers across business lines, while ensuring assets are executed following all applicable marketing controls. • Continuously measure, monitor, analyze and report on the business effectiveness of integrated campaigns, sharing results and learnings with internal stakeholders and making subsequent improvements accordingly. • Ability to synthesize complex financial, technical and insurance-related materials and to craft creative, persuasive content for distribution. • Interface effectively, as needed, with internal and external teams and independent marketing communications contractors. • Understand technology product usage, purpose, roadmap and benefits to drive product evangelization and increase adoption rates. • Writing and editing marketing messaging and promotional content across digital channels to support critical tactics and campaign deliverables, including e-newsletters, webpages, videos and collaterals. • Upholding exceptional standards for quality production and service, remaining accountable for meeting deadlines, and keeping stakeholders informed on the progress of projects. QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor’s Degree required – Marketing or Communications major preferred. • 7+ years of experience in a product marketing or communication role required. • Prior experience in Technology Product company will be advantageous. • A solid commercial insurance or financial services foundation is preferred but not required. • Product marketing and advertising agency experience preferred. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to collaboratively work and help drive towards key dates and deliverables. • Exceptional writing and editing abilities, including spelling and grammar, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. • Strong creative mindset to design collaterals, newsletters, PowerPoint presentations, to deliver the right message for varied internal audience. • Strong project management and organizational skills with an aptitude for managing simultaneous projects in a deadline-driven work environment. • Skilled in working with communications software, general software, and platforms, including various email packages, MS Office, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, Word, digital marketing and social media applications, video, and the likes is a plus. • Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills; takes initiative and effectively collaborates with colleagues from adjacent teams as needed to achieve shared goals. • Strong influencing and collaboration skills • A proactive and solutions-driven strategic thinker ABOUT US Chubb is a world leader in insurance.
