Senior Logistics Analyst

Team Overview and Job responsibilities:

We are looking for a Senior Logistics Analyst to join our team.

Based in Sorocaba, Brazil, you will be responsible for the demand planning process at the Sorocaba plant.

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

Participate in the development and implementation of Supply Chain strategies, aligned with the company's objectives.Manage and optimize the production planning flow aligned with commercial needs.Define and monitor FG stock.Identify and solve problems and bottlenecks in the supply chain.Collect, analyze and interpret data relevant to the supply chain, such as demand, stocks, costs and delivery times.Use analysis tools to forecast demand, optimize stocks and identify opportunities for improvement.Be proactive in problem solving.Seek and implement new technologies and processes to optimize the company's production chain.Participate in continuous improvement projects, seeking to improve the performance of the Supply Chain area.Keep up to date with the best practices and trends in the Supply Chain market.

 

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a candidate with the following skills and motivations:

Software Knowledge: Familiarity with supply chain management systems (ERP, WMS, TMS) and data analysis tools.Technical Knowledge: Deep knowledge of the supply chain, including demand planning, inventory management, S&OP and S&OE.Knowledge in Inventory ManagementAdvanced Excel will be a plusIntermediate EnglishNegotiation, communication and leadership skills
