Job responsibilities

Regularly provides technical guidance and direction to support the business and its technical teams, contractors, and vendorsDevelops secure and high-quality production code, and reviews and debugs code written by othersDrives decisions that influence the product design, application functionality, and technical operations and processesServes as a function-wide subject matter expert in one or more areas of focusActively contributes to the engineering community as an advocate of firmwide frameworks, tools, and practices of the Software  Development Life CycleInfluences peers and project decision-makers to consider the use and application of leading-edge technologiesAdds to the team culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respectDesigns, develops, and maintains secure and scalable applications and infrastructure with a focus on IAM solutions.Leads the application onboarding process, ensuring seamless integration and deployment of new applications.Implements and manages cloud-based solutions to enhance scalability and performance.

 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Formal training or certification on Software Engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experienceExtensive experience in software engineering with a focus on IAM solutions.Proven experience in application onboarding and integration.Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.Proficiency in one or more general-purpose programming languages, Java Full stack.Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React.Strong understanding of database technologies such as SQL, NoSQL, and ORM frameworks.Experience with RESTful API design and development.Familiarity with version control systems, Git.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsExperience with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Docker, Jenkins, Kubernetes).Certification in IAM or related security fields. Experience in agile development methodologies
