The Work You'll Do:
As a Senior Global Account Manager at Sovos, you’ll join a high-performing global team working together to solve complex client challenges with smart, scalable solutions. This role is focused on selling Sovos’ products and services to existing clients while growing business within large, strategic global accounts. You’ll lead complex sales cycles, deliver strong revenue results, and help drive the success of Sovos' global GTM transformation.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at strategic sales, and wants to contribute meaningfully to Sovos’ growth.
More specifically, you will:
Develop and execute strategic account plans that drive revenue growth across global accounts Manage a pipeline of large enterprise opportunities ($250K+) with multiple stakeholders across regions Sell Sovos’ SaaS solutions to clients in the Financial and Insurance verticals Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs Utilize a consultative, customer-centric sales approach to identify client needs and build long-term relationships Accurately forecast and maintain data in Salesforce Collaborate with internal teams across regions to support client success Mentor peers, lead by example, and contribute to cross-functional knowledge sharing Actively participate in development programs and support product feedback loops Represent Sovos with professionalism and integrityWhat We Need From You
10+ years of enterprise-level, quota-carrying sales experience (tech/SaaS strongly preferred) 2+ years of President’s Club-level performance and 3+ years of consistent quota achievement Proven ability to lead complex sales cycles and engage senior executives Experience using Salesforce and Microsoft Office suite Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, global team Willingness to travel (up to 50% domestically and internationally) Due to client contractual obligations, the successful candidate will be asked to clear a background check and drug test upon hireWhat Does Sovos Offer You?
