The Work You'll Do:

As a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our financial future through data-driven insights that inform critical business decisions.
In this dynamic role, you'll be at the intersection of finance and strategy, translating complex financial data into actionable intelligence that guides our leadership team. You'll collaborate across departments to build financial models that power our growth and help us anticipate market challenges before they arise.

More specifically, you will:
Lead the execution of monthly financial forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range planning activities Design and enhance innovative financial forecasting tools and processes that drive strategic decision-making Deliver insightful reporting and data analyses to senior management that tell the complete story behind the numbers Partner across business departments to align financial goals with business objectives Develop meaningful business reviews focused on key performance indicators and drivers Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders to ensure ownership of financial goals Provide objective analytical support that influences and strengthens business decisions Guide financial processes within the FP&A team through leadership and indirect influence Manage the monthly Board of Directors' reporting process, ensuring timely deliverables from all contributors Ensure financial accuracy and craft compelling narratives that effectively communicate our financial storyWhat We Need From You
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting (MBA a plus) 5-7 years of experience in financial analysis or related roles Advanced proficiency with MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint Advanced English communication skills Experience with Salesforce and NetSuite ERP systems Ability to work in our primary office location with minimal travel (less than 25%) to Sovos locations and events Comfort utilizing various technologies including computer systems and software applications Due to client contractual obligations, the successful candidate will be asked to clear a background check and drug test upon hireWhat Does Sovos Offer You?
