What You Will Do:
Act as a Trusted Finance Business Partner to Sales Team in one or more Regions and number of Corporate Accounts on all commercial aspects of the business. Advise, review and lead approval process for deals among Finance and Business Leaders. Work in collaboration with market Sales Managers to help devise a market strategy in line with the Division Leadership's Market Goals and Objectives Lead pricing campaigns, margin improvement initiatives and other various local projects supporting Sales Managers. Communicate across business partners, incl. Ecolab divisions, Marketing representatives, Supply Chain and global stakeholders on various business mattersDrive business performance in partnership with sales management, to deliver financial plan commitments. Continually assess performance and drive actions to leverage opportunities and offset risks.Cooperate with other Ecolab departments to ensure pricing and incentive executionDeliver various ad hoc analysesWhat’s in it For You:
