Wing to Wing product issue ownership for Blade RCATechnical expertise in customer communications of product issues in BladesOwn, lead, execute, and resolve Critical and Minor RCAs in BladesFacilitate fast track containmentWork with relevant Product Engineering teams (Blades, Systems engineering, Controls, System simulation) to dedicate the right resources to help execute and resolve RCAs in this segment.Work with fleet performance teams to identify emerging issues and lead the efforts to pro actively address them.Drive actions from RCA Kaizen to drive better and faster RCA completionsCoach the RCA team members on RCA process, problem solving, etcInterface with the fleet performance team for RCA Support, Top Issues execution, etcLeverage engagement with Quality, Supply Chain ,ONW Engineering, LM, Services and Projects teams to better prioritize RCA workstreams & share best practicesRepresent FPM for key design tollgates for applicable RCAProvide immediate learnings & feedback to our partner functions from RCAIdentify, daily manage, action plan, and problem solve product fleet quality and RCA KPIs in the SegmentImplement cross-segment RCA communication and approval process to ensure corrective actions taken in all appropriate spotsOwn and support driving actions from Quality PSR countermeasures for assigned RCADrive problem solving tools and methods implementation throughout the RCA process.Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in EngineeringMinimum of 5 years experience in Wind turbine blade Engineering and/or Product ManagementMinimum of 3 years experience managing global teamsAbility and willingness to travel globally up to 30% of the timeEligibility Requirements:

Experience leading and executing RCAs including problem solving toolsExperience with Quality systems, procedure development, training, and executionExperience with customer communications around both Quality and RCAsExperience with Lean tools, coaching, running Kaizens, etcAdvanced degree in EngineeringThe salary range for this position is $111,200 - $185,400 USD Annual. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus/variable incentive compensation. This posting is expected to close on May 22nd or thereafter.
