As a Senior Customer Solutions Manager focusing on National Security and Partner Network initiatives, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our national security customers, strategic partners, and innovative cloud solutions. This position requires a seasoned professional who can navigate the complexities of national security requirements while driving solution development and partner relationships. You will be responsible for architecting and delivering mission-critical solutions, ensuring compliance with stringent security protocols, and fostering strong partnerships across our ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will combine deep technical knowledge with exceptional relationship management skills to drive customer success and business growth. Working closely with both government agencies and technology partners, you will serve as a trusted advisor, developing comprehensive solutions that meet the unique challenges of the national security sector. This role demands a strategic mindset, security awareness, and the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, high-stakes environment while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and compliance.

This position requires that the candidate selected be a US Citizen and currently possess and maintain an active Top Secret security clearance.

A day in the life
A typical day as a Senior Customer Solutions Manager begins with reviewing urgent customer requests and security alerts while prioritizing critical issues. Throughout the day, you'll navigate between remote meetings with national security clients, coordinating with internal teams on solution implementations, and conducting strategic planning sessions with partners. You might spend time analyzing complex customer requirements, documenting solution architectures, or leading technical workshops. The afternoon often involves troubleshooting escalated issues, reviewing compliance requirements, and ensuring project milestones are met. Between meetings, you'll respond to time-sensitive emails, update project documentation, and mentor junior team members.
