We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst who will play a key role in the delivery of various projects including project support, coordination, business relationship management, requirement gathering. The ideal candidate will be a detailed planner and an expert communicator. This person should also be wholly committed to the discovery and development of innovative solutions in an ever-changing landscape.

Required Skills:

Work experience in handling multiple streams (Infra, Cloud, applications, ERP, etc.) for manufacturing companies preferably.Requirement gathering, configuration, testing, training and supporting end users as needed.Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.Managing competing resources and priorities.Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, developing and implementing solutions.Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.Documenting and effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.You will have excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Experience:

Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience as a business analyst and a minimum 1 - 2 years of domain experience in any technology ( Infra, cloud, servers, ERP, application, etc)Should have worked in complex business implementation leading and managing projects.
