Hybrid - 2 Days per week in office

Purpose of Role: The ideal candidate has a positive, goal driven mindset with comprehensive knowledge in the US and Canada employee benefits programs including health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, as well as retirement plans. This role will interface with other Benefits and Retirement team members, external benefits administrator or other vendors to support operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyzes census data to monitor the administrative accuracy of health and welfare plans, including medical, dental, vision, flexible spending and savings accounts, income protection benefits, retirement plans, and other benefits programs including wellness and voluntary benefitsPerforms complex analytical work in support of troubleshooting member issues related to benefits eligibility, dependent verification, life events and COBRA administration.Interprets benefit administration rules, plan requirements, and CBA agreementsAnalyzes CBA provisions and works with benefits administrators to design functionality and implement automation. Performs testing and monitors production environment for accuracyDefines requirements and designs an enhanced user experience with a focus on continuous improvement during new hire enrollment process, life events, annual enrollment, separation process, or survivor supportCreates reporting dashboard using census, case management, and escalations data. Mitigates escalations through analysis of trends and recommends process improvementsDrives accountability of external suppliers by validating data integrity to ensure the highest quality delivery of service in accordance with benefits delivery rules and service levelsCreates process maps and documents requirements related to the delivery of benefitsSafety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.


Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience/training3 years minimum analytics and/or operations experienceADP WorkForce Now - BenefitsWorkday (as an HR system, not a benefits platform)Canada and US Health and Welfare
