About the department
P2P GBS is the offshoring unit of Global P2P and part of Finance GBS Bangalore. Our Digital team in P2P GBS is responsible for managing end-user support for our Global P2P systems and other BI activities. Located in the vibrant city of Bangalore, our team thrives in a collaborative and innovative atmosphere. The position
As a Senior Associate II, you will be responsible for:
Corporate Card Program Management (70%): Serve as the primary point of contact for global affiliates to manage the end-to-end corporate card program. Monitor card usage, resolve cardholder queries, and ensure compliance with company card policy. Proactively identify and deactivate inactive or non-compliant cards to reduce financial exposure. Maintain accurate records of card issuance, limits, and employee status changes. Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, HR, Compliance) for seamless cardholder lifecycle management.
Power BI Reporting & Analytics (30%): Develop and maintain dashboards using Power BI to visualize key metrics related to expense and card usage. Gather requirements from stakeholders, team and translate them into technical reporting specifications. Ensure accuracy and integrity of data through continuous validation and refinement of data models. Provide monthly insights and trends to leadership to support strategic decision-making.

Support the team on daily operations. Responsible for any ad hoc request from customers. Drive process improvements within the team. Maintain quality of 100% in all activities. Build good working relationship with stakeholders.

 

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE) or Master’s in Business Administration (MBA). Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a related role. Hands-on experience with Power BI, SQL, and dashboard design. Strong project management skills. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Good IT skills (MS Office). Thorough and responsible. Team worker.
