WHAT YOU’LL DO

→ As a Software Engineer for SAP Outbound B2B at H&M Group, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing the application end-to-end — including initiating, designing, creating functional requirements, testing, and configuring solutions within SAP.

→ Analyze business requirements, propose high-level solutions, write functional specifications, configure SAP systems, test, deploy, and support SAP Outbound B2B flows.

→ Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, identifying gaps, proposing workaround solutions, and optimizing existing SAP outbound B2B (OTC) solutions for performance and efficiency.

→ Manage full software implementation lifecycle — from configuration, test planning, and execution to deployment and post-go-live support.

→ Own and resolve complex issues related to SAP Outbound B2B, collaborate with Application Management (AM) teams, and contribute to business process optimization initiatives.

→ Mentor and guide junior team members, ensuring knowledge sharing and continuous team development.
 

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

→ You will be part of a highly competent global team working on H&M Group’s advanced SAP platform, collaborating closely with Business Analysts, Product Managers, Architects, and external partners.

→ You will work within the SAP Outbound B2B team, an enabling team crucial to H&M Group’s Supply Chain and Logistics operations, delivering solutions for the outbound movement of goods and services in B2B flows
 

WHO YOU ARE

We are looking for people with…

→ 8-10 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and SAP MM, especially around Stock Transport Orders (STO), having participated in at least 3 end-to-end implementations and 2 support projects.

→ Strong experience with SAP ECC integration to SAP EWM and 3PL WMS systems, Warehouse-to-Store and Warehouse-to-Warehouse inventory movements, and wholesale business processes.

→ Expertise in SAP SD configuration, SAP SD-MM and SD-FI integrations, requirement/gap analysis, writing functional specifications, RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms, Workflows), APIs, BAPIs, BADIs, and custom solution design.

→ Good hands-on experience in e-transport solutions, SAP Retail processes, Agile working methodologies, and integration with external systems.
