**Description**
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring our organization's adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry best practices. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive governance, risk management, and compliance programs that align with our strategic objectives and regulatory obligations. In this role, you will collaborate closely with various departments, including IT, legal, finance, and audit, to identify potential risks, evaluate their impact, and implement effective mitigation strategies. You will also be responsible for conducting regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulations. Your expertise will be instrumental in advising senior management on risk exposure and compliance status, providing actionable insights and recommendations to enhance our overall risk posture. As a Senior GRC Analyst, you will support the development and maintenance of policies, procedures, and documentation related to governance, risk, and compliance. You will ensure that these documents are regularly reviewed, updated, and communicated effectively across the organization. Additionally, you will be responsible for training and educating employees on compliance requirements, risk management practices, and governance frameworks to foster a culture of compliance and risk awareness. You will also monitor regulatory developments and industry trends, proactively identifying changes that may impact our organization. You will analyze these changes, assess their implications, and recommend appropriate adjustments to our compliance and risk management strategies. Your ability to stay informed and adapt quickly to evolving regulatory landscapes will be crucial to your success in this role.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to compliance, security, and other relevant areas.
+ Compliance Programs: Develop and implement compliance programs to ensure adherence to regulations and standards.
+ Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits, providing documentation and evidence.
+ Policy Development: Create and maintain clear, concise policies and procedures.
+ Regulatory Change Management: Stay abreast of regulatory changes and adjust policies and procedures accordingly.
+ Reporting and Documentation: Prepare detailed reports on compliance findings and security gaps.
+ Training and Communication: Provide training to employees on compliance and security policies.
+ Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to achieve compliance goals.
**Skills and Knowledge:**
+ Analytical skills: Analyze data to identify risks and compliance gaps.
+ Communication skills: Communicate findings and recommendations effectively.
+ Problem-solving skills: Identify and resolve compliance issues.
+ Understanding of GRC tools and software: Proficiency in using GRC tools for audits, risk assessments, and compliance management.
**Requirements**
+ Bachelor's degree in a related field.
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in governance, risk management, and compliance roles.
+ Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, SOX, ISO 27001).
+ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
+ Proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
+ Professional certifications such as CISA, CRISC, CISSP, or similar are highly desirable.
+ Experience conducting audits and assessments, and developing compliance documentation.
