Senior Analyst - Chatbot Developer

**What you’ll do:**
+ Design, develop, and maintain natural language chatbot solutions using Microsoft and Salesforce technology
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
+ Monitor and analyze chatbot performance, making necessary adjustments to improve efficiency and user experience.
+ Participates in every stage of the project delivery lifecycle
+ Take part in daily stand-up meetings and sprint planning sessions.
+ Assist gathering requirements scope & disposition through process compliance and gap analysis
+ Deliver functional specifications & configuration in-line with the agreed and approved design
+ Participates in implementation/enhancement projects that integrate with other systems throughout our technology ecosystem
+ Complete documentation and unit testing
+ Provide integration testing support, and review of end-user training materials
+ Support project cut-overs, go-lives and warranty support
+ Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in chatbot technologies including conversational and agentic AI
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
+ Total 5-7 years of experience with Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience as chatbot developer
**Skills:**
+ Mid-level of system expertise
+ Skilled in working in both Agile and Waterfall delivery methods.
+ Strong capabilities with CoPilot technologies including Conversational AI and/or Strong capabilities with the Salesforce Chat and Agentforce technologies
+ Familiar with the Salesforce Environment
+ Above average written and verbal communication skills
+ Self Starter
+ Highly Curious and motivated to continue to learn new skills and technologies
