Senior Account Executive

**About the Role**
At Uber Eats, our mission is to connect people with the food they love - fast, reliably, and at scale. As a Senior Account Executive, you’ll play a key role in accelerating our growth across Ireland by signing and launching top restaurant partners.
This is a high-impact sales role focused on new business acquisition. You’ll manage the full sales process - building your pipeline, pitching to decision-makers, negotiating commercial terms, and closing deals. You’ll also work cross-functionally to ensure every new partner is fully set up for success and ready to thrive on the platform.
**What you’ll do:**
- Pitch to restaurants both over the phone and in person, effectively communicating the benefits of Uber Eats - tailoring your pitch to highlight the value of our latest products, pricing, and initiatives.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signature, while ensuring each restaurant is fully set up for success on the platform - from offer strategy to menu quality and operational readiness.
- Structure and negotiate commercial terms that deliver value for both Uber Eats and our restaurant partners.
- Collaborate with onboarding, operations, and account management teams to ensure a smooth launch and strong start on the platform.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly targets
**What you’ll have:**
- 3+ years of experience in a sales or business development role, with a proven ability to close deals and exceed targets.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills - you’re comfortable influencing decision-makers and handling objections.
- Self-motivated and organised, with the ability to work independently and manage a high-output pipeline.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Knowledge of the restaurant or hospitality industry is a plus.
