DESCRIPTION:

Duties: Execute warehouse lending, Rule 144a, and public capital markets transactions for asset-backed securitization clients across commercial and nontraditional asset classes including fleet lease, trade receivables, datacenter, timeshare, and ratepayer backed securitizations. Create client marketing materials and participate in deal pitches and diligence meetings. Prepare Request for Proposal ("RFP") responses for underwriting opportunities. Prepare presentations and data analysis for rating agencies and coordinate the structured finance rating process for both warehouse lending and capital markets transactions. Create investor presentations and participate in roadshow activities such as investor meetings and calls. Track investor participation across transactions and identify potential investors for clients. Work with syndicate and sales teams to answer investor questions during the transaction marketing process. Administer the syndication process for warehouse lending transactions by coordinating with bank counterparties. Review and comment on legal documentation for warehouse lending and capital markets facilities. Run cash flow models and optimize asset-backed securitization transaction structures. Conduct in-depth collateral analysis to synthesize information from data tapes and run analysis of securitized asset characteristics using the Collateral Analysis System software. Work with accountants to obtain sign-off on data in transaction documents; analyze findings in Agreed-Upon-Procedures reports from accountants. Perform regulatory capital calculations based on collateral information. Train junior members on the team and review analysts' work on a daily basis.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Mathematics or related field of study plus two (2) years of experience in the job offered or as Securitized Products, or related occupation.

Skills Required: This position requires experience with the following: Fleet lease; Trade receivables; Datacenter, timeshare, and ratepayer backed securitizations; Renewing and closing warehouse lending transactions across commercial and nontraditional asset classes; Closing Rule 144a securitization transactions across commercial and nontraditional asset classes; Closing public capital markets securitization transactions across commercial and nontraditional asset classes; Creating marketing materials for client meetings, transaction pitches and RFPs for warehouse lending and capital markets underwriting transactions; Creating rating agency presentations; Coordinating the structured finance ratings process to obtain desired ratings; Legal provisions and cashflow waterfall mechanics, including reviewing legal documentation for commercial and nontraditional securitization transactions; Collateral Analysis System software for asset-level analytics, stratifications and multi-level pooling analysis; Performing regulatory capital calculations using collateral information; Analyzing current market and economic conditions; Researching up-to-date transaction structural features of commercial and nontraditional securitizations.

Full-Time. Salary:  $175,000 - $200,000 per year.
