As a Securities Services Sales Analyst/Associate based in Hong Kong, you will support sales and relationship management for our Korean and Asia-based clients. Our team is dedicated to providing top-tier securities services, including global custody, fund services, and more. Job Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing sales presentations and responding to clients’ Requests for Proposals/Information. Assist in planning and organizing client events, workshops, and thought-sharing sessions. Collaborate with partners across client service, product management, operations, technology, risk, credit, and legal to optimize product and service delivery. Handle KYC requests for new account openings and existing account renewals, ensuring compliance and adherence to timelines. Assist in client account planning, segment strategy, and industry analysis. Manage the sales pipeline and regional projects through frequent communication with sales and business managers. Occasionally travel for business purposes.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

Experience as a Junior Relationship Manager or similar role within a financial services organization. Ability to work effectively as a team player and independently as a self-starter. Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, including statistical analysis and research capabilities. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; advanced Microsoft Office skills; strong finance, quantitative, and business writing skills. Effective communication skills for interacting with internal stakeholders and clients. Proven project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously. Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing both English and Korean.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

Knowledge of global custody, fund services, and other securities service products and industry.
