Securities Services - Depository Receipts (DR) Product and Transactions Manager, Vice President

As a Product and Transactions Manager on the Depository Receipts (DR) team, you will lead and manage a range of business development initiatives, focusing on product and market expansion. Your role will involve coordinating various Corporate Events, such as Onboardings, Corporate Actions, and Offboardings. This position within the DR Group requires collaboration with key external and internal business partners, including exchanges, CSDs, custodians, and internal teams like risk, compliance, legal, and other control functions. You will be responsible for researching, developing, and articulating new business initiatives and securing the necessary approvals for these projects.

Job responsibilities

Drive DR program onboarding process, scoping and sizing each DR Program launch and responding to feedback requirements from external and internal clients. Support Sales and Relationship during Request for Proposal responses for new and existing business. Closely coordinating with the global DR Transaction and Operations team , ensure all corporate action and operational issues are processed accurately and in a timely manner. Work closely with Legal, Compliance and Risk resources to analyze and develop optimal execution for complex corporate actions involving DR programs (e.g., cross border mergers, capital restructurings). Advise clients on preferred structure and timing of corporate events Establish and maintain strong relationships with market influencers, clearinghouses and stock exchanges Own corporate event end to end while keeping internal partners advised on all activities Coordinate new product / market development process, scoping and sizing each initiative and responding to feedback / requirements from legal, risk, operations and other key constituencies through the New Business Initiative process Monitor regulatory and tax developments in the global equity capital markets and coordinate integrated business responses where needed (e.g., market alerts) Represent DR product and articulate DR project detail at regularly scheduled management forums Coordinate Third Party Oversight activities for DRs.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Minimum of 10 years of experience in Securities Services, Custody or Depositary Receipts related roles Bachelor Degree in Finance or related disciplines  Detail DR knowledge / experience is essential Familiarity with Equities trading, Cross-border listing, Operations and Custody product Experience in managing response to Risk and/or Compliance demands/requests Ability to think critically and identify, research and solve problems independently Very strong communication / presentation skills and excellent writing ability Well-organized, detail-oriented team player, and strong work ethic

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Experience with Custody and Transfer Agency products preferred Experience in dealing with Stock Exchanges and regulators preferred
