Primary Responsibilities:

Lead and facilitate Scrum teams on right development and delivery practices, guide the transition to Agile principles Plan and facilitate all aspects of Program Increment planning on a monthly basis Facilitate the Scrum of Scrum meetings, and act as facilitator across all interlocked Scrum teams at the Program level Serve as an expert on Agile software principles to other team members Engage directly with stakeholders to define mission value and prioritize work Deploy key metrics to enable continuous improvement Support scrum ceremonies for the team where needed (Planning, Retrospective, Grooming & Review/Demo) Facilitate impediment resolution in a timely, cost effective manner. Act as a conduit to other teams and lines of business stakeholders Track and produce key metrics across the entire project Works with less structured, more complex issues Serves as a resource to others Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, or related) Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification Experience working as a Scrum Master or in Agile environments Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Proficiency in Agile tools (eg, Rally, Jira, Confluence, Trello) Familiarity with metrics tracking and reporting in Agile projects Solid understanding of Scrum framework and Agile methodologies Proven excellent communication and facilitation skills Proven solid organizational and time management skills Proven problem-solving and adaptability in dynamic environments Proven ability to manage and resolve conflicts within teams Proven ability to coach and mentor teams on Agile principles
