Job Description

Perform both technical and personnel aspects of group operations; performing work within the department or other areas as required; act as a technical resource, trainer, and troubleshooter to specific department, make recommendations for operational and/or technical improvements; communicate effectively within the group; coach and develop direct reports, plan and monitor workflow, monitor data and support departmental MOS; demonstrate and strengthen leadership qualities

Identify and take action when pricing is inaccurate. Technical Knowledge/Decision Making: Troubleshoot and solve both instrumental and method issues, basic understanding of instrumental and/or analytical theory utilizing SMEs to secure desired outcomes Performs basic internal event investigation assessment independently, recognizes and escalates atypical data to supervisor Full understanding of all steps of the investigation process and drives investigations through to completion in a timely manner, proactively seeking additional support from SMEs, supervisor and client as needed

Initiate Change: Support LEAN initiatives in the department and division

Qualifications

Additional Information
