**Duties and Responsibilities:** **NY, Chicago, Seattle** + Providing and oversee critical path method scheduling (via Primavera) to support client programs and projects including design and construction phases of work. + Develop, update and analyze detailed execution schedules for simultaneous projects, and multi-stakeholder projects + Develop the project Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), work packages, and work package activities. + Establish baseline schedules: conduct summary and detailed reviews of baseline durations, logic, resources, costs, cost curves, resource histograms. + Review periodic CPM Updates, provide Primavera schedule comparison reports and detailed reviews. + Assess and provide recommendations to resolve schedule, scope changes or delays to the Project team and executive management. + Coordinate with project teams to assess variances, identify and assess risks, and create accurate schedule forecasts through completion. + Perform time impact analyses (TIA) to determine the impacts of potential delays. + Provide recommendations for schedule recovery and conduct schedule recovery reviews. + Perform what-if scenario analysis. **Minimum Qualifications:** + 5-7 years of experience in developing and managing CPM project schedules in Primavera. + Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, project management, or a related field. + Proficiency in Primavera P6 + Strong understanding of Critical Path Method scheduling + Experience in contract change order management + Extension of Time analysis. + Project Financial forecast skills + Experience working with cross-functional teams. + Experience working within large and challenging Client Programs with one or more project teams. + Effective reporting and communication skills. + Building Construction and or project management experience + Team player and Strong communication skills **Preferred Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in engineering + Building Construction and or project management experience **Compensation** Expected Salary: $95,000 - $169,290 WSP USA is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and offer for this position, based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location.
