Job summary:
The Sales Support represents a key member within the Sales function in Logicalis. Closes profitable sales of technology-based solutions for customer business environments. Researches sales leads, obtains knowledge of customer organizations, develops customer relationships, builds strong business relationships with partners and vendors, and generates product and/or services proposals and quotations.
Accountabilities:
Familiar with the products to be sold, company regulations and operating proceduresCustomer visits to develop and promote productsGenerate quotation and contract according to customer needsMaintenance of customer satisfaction (e.g. customer problem solving, increase of customer trust for the company)Regularly review sales performance and project schedule with line managerThe Individual and their Experience:
Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (reading, listening, & speaking).At least 1 years sales experience in IT industry.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PPT).Aptitude, ambition and eagerness to join A-level Sales Team and contribute to fun, professional culture focused on growth and outcomes.Strong problem solving, critical thinking, and verbal and written communication skills.Ability to build strong business relationships with partners and vendors.Strong technical and customer interaction skills.Self-starter with excellent organizational, administrative and interpersonal skills.Posting Code: #LI-WH1
