Sales Operations Analyst

The Sales Operations Analyst will support the Institutional Europe division by providing analytical and operational support to the sales team. This role will focus on optimizing sales processes, improving efficiency, and driving business growth through data-driven insights and strategic initiatives.

What You Will Do:

Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to the sales team. Develop and maintain regular sales reports and dashboards.Sales Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline and improve sales processes. Implement best practices and standardize procedures across the region.Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics. Provide regular updates and reports to the sales management team.Sales Forecasting: Assist in the development of sales forecasts and budgets. Analyze historical data and market trends to predict future sales performance.CRM Management: Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system. Ensure data accuracy and provide training and support to sales team members.Project Management: Support various sales-related projects and initiatives. Support Sales Team: Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team. Assist with sales presentations, proposals, and other customer-facing materials.

What You Will Need:  

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales operations, data analysis, or a related role. Experience in the Institutional sector is a plus.Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Power BI).Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong organizational and project management skills.Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is preferred.Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
