Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and engaging Sales Onboarding Trainer to help new sellers become role-ready and confident in their ability to drive success. In this role, you’ll deliver high-impact training that brings our sales methodology, products, and processes to life. Your mission? To equip new sellers with the knowledge, skills, and confidence they need to succeed from day one.

Responsibilities:

Train our new hire sellers on how to do their job so they are ready to leverage our sales methodology to engage with customers, to deliver value, and to exceed their performance goalsLead engaging training exercises, both in person and virtually, with exceptional clarity, enthusiasm, and effectiveness to engage and inspire sales professionals.Reinforce onboarding requirements so new hires are clear on key onboarding milestones ranging from pre-work, class times, homework and certification requirementsCollaborate with sales leadership, enablement teams, and business stakeholders to tailor training programs that address specific needs.Promote teamwork and collaboration by encouraging peer-to-peer learning and knowledge sharing.Own end-to-end execution of ongoing cohorts of learners, including sourcing and briefing guest speakers, liaising with operational partners for onsite logistics, and updating real-time trainer checklists for team visibility


Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

6+ years of proven experience as a Sales Trainer, Sales Enablement Specialist, or similar role in a fast-paced sales environment.Office-Based: Employee lives within 40 miles of an office and is expected to be in the office 4 to 5 days a week based on job role/function to deliver in person training.Strong interpersonal skills; adept at resolving complex business issues and moving solutions to the next level.Strong communication skills and attention to detail.Prior experience as a seller is a plus.

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $138,800 to $190,900.

Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
