Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to do marketing and sales activities related to products, systems, and services within the defined industry segments, for the assigned area. Each day, you will ensure that the division and related sales units substantially improve their sales, margins, market share, and customer satisfaction in the selected marketsegments. You will also showcase your expertise by developing and implementing a market-based strategy including direct, third party, and project sales and enhancing cross-division and cross-region business-led collaborations for the specific market segment.The work model for the role is: #hybridThis role is contributing to the Electrification Smart Building Business in Jakarta, Indonesia.You will be mainly accountable for:•\tCommunicating to the customers about details related to delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions, in line with ABB’s offering and strategy.•\tEnsuring efficient marketing activities and communicates value proposition to customers.•\tIdentifying and driving the development of new market opportunities to contractor and developer•\tManaging administrative procedures in sales processes and supports cash collection and project management activities, when needed.
Qualifications for the roleQualifications for the role : \tElectrical/Mechanical engineering degree or equivalent.\t3-5 years of experience or more in similar capacity in electrical market in Low Voltage/LV products products/system sales\tProven track record in growing the market/developing new market.\tStrong network in developers, contractors across Indonesia.\tGood negotiation skills, passionate, self-driven and a strong ability to drive and lead a team.\tCollaborative mindset with excellent written and oral communication skill in English.
