What You Will Do
- 开拓全新业务、全面覆盖各领域包括餐饮、酒店、超市、工厂等客户;
- 在既定年度销售目标下, 做好目标客户计划、制定、实施新客户销售战略,以实现销售目标和业务增长;
- 具备良好的沟通能力,能够向客户精准传递艺康的价值以获取业务 ;
- 向客户的管理团队推介服务概述、推介艺康产品及服务地整体价值 ;
- 随时了解客户信息、政策调整,理解此类调整对艺康产生的影响,并能就此类影响及其对艺康产生的影响具备一定的判断能力,及时与公司相关人员进行分享;
- 能够与部门和公司内外各层机构进行有效沟通;
- 能够制定价格,了解价格指导标准下价格协议产生的结果,并与客户协商达成利润协议;
- 遵守公司和部门规章流程,并完成经理指定的各项工作任务;
Minimum Qualifications:
- 本科或以上学历 熟悉PCO服务流程
- 具有良好销售经验或致力于销售领域发展者优先
- 具有较熟练的谈判技巧
- 能熟练使用Excel、Word、PowerPoint等办公软件
- 严格遵守国家法规,公司和部门规章制度和法规
- 良好职业道德和素养
