WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:
Coordinate the RSC Advocacy Taskforce, including colleagues from different divisions.Draft technical and narrative papers about the impact of capital requirements, with special focus on supervision. Identification and prioritization of key issues for the bank. Promote change in the governance of supervisors, to increase accountability and transparency of SSM and EBA mandates. Analyse the convenience of accelerating the opening of the CRR3 before its official review date (Dec 2028). Draft, design and execute advocacy and comms plans for each workstream in Europe to promote changes in regulation and supervision. Establish and develop communication lines with all relevant stakeholders.Representing Santander at conferences and meetings within the RSC advocacy area of competence.EXPERIENCE
