Your role and responsibilities

The mission of the Regional Pricing Manager Asia is to lead the localization and deployment of pricing strategy for the Robotics Division in a large part of Asia, ensuring effective execution. The role is com-mitted to providing professional deal analysis and decision-making support to both general and sales management. By driving price-related performance management through target setting, price im-provement plans, price review meetings, and KPI follow-up, it aims to enhance our competitive edge and secure margin expansion. Additionally, the Regional Pricing Manager will provide coaching and training to stakeholders on pricing methods and tools to ensure continuous improvement and excel-lence in pricing practices.Lead the deployment of the Division and Business Lines pricing strategy within the region and support the countries in localizing and executing.Support general and sales management with professional deal analysis and decision-making support.Drive the price-related performance management through price improvement plans, price review meetings and KPI follow-up.Be a key part of designing and rolling out best-in-class pricing methodology and tools in collaboration with the central Pricing function.Gather market and competitor price intelligence to determine trends and inform competitive strategy development.

Qualifications for the role

Bachelor’s degree (preferably Master’s degree) in Business, Finance, Marketing, Engineering or similar field.Above 8 years of experience in price management or related field with a proven track record of creating tangible impact.Experience in B2B price management in the Robotics or similar type industry strongly preferred.Deep expertise with state-of-the-art pricing methods and tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skill to persuade and engage people across multiple functions and geographies.Ability to deal with complex, global context of a large multinational.
