The RevOps Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising Analyst will spearhead the expansion and optimization of paid search and social advertising campaigns to drive revenue growth in the Australian and New Zealand markets. This role is pivotal in achieving the company's business objectives and requires a proactive, analytical individual to successfully manage digital advertising budgets and exceed performance targets.

What you'll do
Develop and implement comprehensive paid search and social media campaigns to achieve revenue goals (e.g., increase revenue by X%) and expand market reach in Australia and New Zealand.
Manage and optimize daily bids, budgets, and campaign settings to maximize efficiency and ROI. Employ a testing methodology for continuous improvement of advertising performance
Create compelling ad copy and creative formats that resonate with the target audience and drive conversions.
Conduct in-depth competitor analysis to identify and capitalize on competitive advantages.
Generate regular performance reports and provide data-driven insights to BU Marketing.
What experience you need
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field; or four years of equivalent, directly related professional experience in lieu of a degree.
5+ years of experience working in multinational companies within Shared Services, GBS, or BPO environments.
3+ years of experience in marketing and sales activities.
1+ year expertise in managing paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, and developing paid social strategies on Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Required language proficiency: English - level B2+.
What could set you apart
Google Ads certifications or other relevant industry certifications.
Proficiency in Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Video/YouTube) and programmatic advertising, with expertise in optimizing Meta Pixel setup and events.
Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio for data analysis and reporting, including experience in A/B and multivariate testing.
Proven ability to optimize landing pages and improve conversion rates (CRO), with experience managing monthly PPC budgets exceeding USD 80,000.
Familiarity with website content management systems (CMS) and proficiency in visual design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva.
