Title: PS Retail Deployment Leader The NCR Voyix Sr. Partner is responsible for the overall services delivery and SW solution delivery to the customer. This leader will also be a critical sales partner and sales driver. The COE activities comprise of services such as customer base environment testing, and software solution delivery that includes scoping, design, pilot, deployment and support activities. Position Summary & Key Areas of Responsibility Sr. Partner works closely with NCR Voyix teams and the customer to ensure successful delivery of services and software solutions and is responsible for customer relations, NPS, margin, revenue and risk mitigation. Responsible for the overall services delivery Provides leadership, coordination, and management in support of all program teams, streams, and functions Serves as a point of contact for escalations and resolutions for cross-functional issues at the program level Assures availability of essential NCR Voyix project resources Makes key decisions on changes, risks, conflicting objectives, and any issues that are outside of the project manager's designated authority Engages all program teams to ensure transparency and information flow Represents NCR in front of the customer Responsible for the program revenue, resources demand management, and cost management Responsible to maintain and enhance customer relationships Works with NCR Voyix Product managers to ensure customer view is represented in future roadmaps Designs and enforces standard Methodologies and Processes Provides internal and external program status reports to stakeholders Contributes to the identification and management of engagement risks Manages conflicts and leads to resolution Responsible for driving NCR’s 80/60/20 business growth strategies Travel up to 50% Personal Attributes: Planner and Driver: Demonstrated accountability, shaping, and planning, managing teams to achieve established goals and objectives Communication Skills: Ability to clearly convey a message to a customer while maintaining both NCR and customer interests Critical Thinking: Ability to look at tasks and clearly define goals based on the findings. Attention to details: Data is precise, must be vigilant and rigorous in analysis to come to correct conclusions Ability to develop and maintain collaborative working relationships with others both external and internal Ability to form and communicate a clear message in times of ambiguity and confusion Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment with various teams mainly from the USA, Israel, and India Flexibility and quick adoption to customers' changing needs and ways of work. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree 10-12 years of client engagement experience, ideally with a consulting background At least 5 years of experience of matrix management of a large, complex multi-local and international team Strong operational experience required At least 5 years of experience leading deployment teams and designing scalable implementation methodologies Project Management Best Practices, tools and frameworks A high level of proficiency and knowledge of Microsoft Office computer applications.Offers of employment are conditional upon passage of screening criteria applicable to the job.
