As a Patient Journey Partner (Focused on Oncology) at Roche Pharmaceutical you will be responsible to work with stakeholders in the ecosystem to identify patient needs and develop new opportunities for specific disease areas whilst tapping into internal expertise and bringing the outside in to ensure great experience with our products and services,  to the stakeholders in the ecosystem.

About the opportunity: 

Build and maintain collaborative and long-term partnerships with key stakeholders, removing roadblocks and unlocks possibilities that can deliver value for patients and communities.

Being focused on the importance of bringing the outside in, working with partners to uncover all potential opportunities to transform outcomes for patients, faster. Also being responsible to bring the inside out, to bring Roche expertise, science and knowledge to the ecosystem. 

Acting as trusted partner and being the main (but non-exclusive) point of contact between stakeholders and Roche, sharing the patient and stakeholder community needs internally, prioritizes and secures resources, and drives solutions that deliver outcomes faster. 

Removing roadblocks and unlock possibilities to deliver value for patients and the community. 

Stewarding Roche’s products through their lifecycle and supporting their appropriate use, which includes sharing their merits with HCPs in a truthful and balanced manner.

Overseeing the patient journey in its entirety acting as a system thinker with the ability to identify shared purpose among stakeholders and leverages this to co-create solutions with stakeholders in the ecosystem. 

Ensuring great experiences whenever stakeholders in the ecosystem engage with Roche employees, products and services.

Requirements & Skills:  

Bachelor Degree (scientific, economic, or business degree) is required and an advanced degree in Life science and/or MBA is a plus. 

Intermediate English proficiency.

Previous experience working with private market (Insurance reimbursements and payments)

Experience with Oncology is a plus.

Experience with commercialization, medical and customer experience excellence.

Experience formulating cross-functional strategies and orchestrating cross-functional teams is highly desired. 

Deep understanding of patient journey(s) and related treatments in defined disease area(s), enabling engagement at the specialist level. Rare disease market knowledge (desired)

Able to understand and leverage digital means and tools is desired.

This position is based in Ciudad de México. Candidates are required to live in that location.
