As a Relationship Executive within the Mid-Corporate Banking team, your role is to be the focal point of client acquisition and ongoing relationships; Bankers work both independently and as part of a team to introduce our comprehensive solutions to clients. As a Banker, you are responsible for growing and retaining profitable relationships within the Mid-Corporate Banking target space. Mid-Corporate bankers generally focus on companies between $100 million and $2 billion in sales size.

Seven plus years direct lending or credit support related experience, with a focus on business relationships Understanding of Commercial Banking products and services Knowledge of the local market Ability to collaborate with internal partners and resources Demonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding sales goals; proven top individual contributor Sales management and business development skills FINRA Series 79, 63 and Securities Exam Essentials licenses required or must obtain within 180 days of hirePreferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
Bachelor’s degree and formal credit training preferred Excellent verbal, written and listening communication skills Strong creative solution and problem solving abilities Proficiency in building and maintaining positive client relationships
