Regional Logistics Director

As Regional Logistics Director you will play a critical role strategically leading multiple locations to deliver Safety, Service and Savings while driving agenda and improving team engagement.

What You Will Do:

Develop strategy for multiple sites to achieve annual goals, for 3-5 or more locationsEnsure safety program is in place for 3-5 buildings, delivering world class resultsDevelop plan to ensure customer experience is improved delivering 95%+ DIFOT for customersDeliver financial plan for region, achieving a better CPK and manage a $20-40M BudgetDevelop Managers and Supervisors to enable growth and build supply chain excellenceSet engagement strategy for 120-300 Team membersSupport Sales partners for 23-40% of Chemical Sales for Legacy EcolabManage 3PL Relationship setting agenda, expectation and KPI adherence goals to ensure world class resultsManage capital budget for 3-5 facilities ensuring compliance, and timelines are adhered to on al all capital expendituresEngage and drive continuous improvement initiatives at all buildings to remove lossesInstitute a TPM Culture to improve Safety, efficiencies, safety and 5S environmentChampion of Change Management, and experience with Start UpsEnsure inventory accuracy maintained above 99.5% Net and processes in place to maintain a high level of bin accuracyApproach opportunities with a data-based mentality to understand root causes and improve results

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree10 years of Logistics experience;  Ideal candidate will have good experience and results in driving quality practicesExperience managing 3PL partnership to drive results3 years process improvement experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience leading multiple warehousesSAP ExperienceExpertise in warehouse operations and productivity initiativesExpertise in Logistics automation solutions a benefitTPM and/or Six Sigma black belt experience

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range

The base salary range for this position is $140,400.00 - $210,600.00. This position is eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentives based on performance, per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
