The Opportunity
The Project Controls Lead for North America is responsible for Project Controls (cost, schedule, change, risk, and reporting) in Capital Investment Projects and will manage the project controls subject (knowledge management) of multiple capital investment projects in parallel and across the region. As a Regional Project Controls Lead you will:
Maintain your own expertise in the Engineering controls area, through contact to external bodies and membership of relevant external organizations.
Work actively with your counterparts in various sites/regions to identify, develop and maintain best practices in the Project Controls area.
Verify that the regional/site Project Controls subject matter experts understand and apply the Roche Diagnostics Division guidelines and best practices in their respective expertise areas.
Develop the capabilities of the regional/site subject matter expert in the Project Controls area.
Engage actively with project teams to ensure consistency and professionalism of approach in the Engineering Controls area and provide help & support on specific issues as needed.
Who You Are
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related technical field.
8 years of experience in Project Controls or Construction Management.
Ability to travel 20-30% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications
15 years of relevant experience in Project Controls and/or Project Management.
Track record of successful Capital Investment Project delivery.
Advanced knowledge and hands on experience in mechanical, electrical, automation, civil, maintenance, design, construction and commissioning.
Expert in all aspects of Project Management and Controls and ideally in one or several Engineering Processes related to capital investment project delivery.

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Indianapolis, Indiana is between $135,500 and $251,600. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
