Regional Infrastructure and Operations Fiscal Responsibility Analyst

You will support and drive the activities for key budget management processes, perform analyses on key performance indicators, and maintain and improve financial reporting mechanisms relied upon by management. If this sounds like a perfect fit for you, apply now and join our team in Mandaluyong City, Philippines! **In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Work with the Infrastructure and Operations Management team, supporting the processes for identifying, communicating, following up, and measuring key financial performance indicators. + Facilitate and support Management Processes, including I&O financial procedures, team resource usage, and team financial objectives planning. + Act as process owner for budget preparation, AOP planning, and development of presentation materials. + Act as subject matter expert and process owner for IT asset data accuracy, which includes the preparation of asset reviews, stock level controls, and improvement of asset retirement and asset replacement data quality. + Support the creation of digital content and communication by cascading insights and action plans supporting the Annual Operating Plan, Quarterly Business Review, leadership meetings, team development initiatives, and other identified forums. + Provide financial coordination support for programs and projects that help facilitate the goals of the IT Infrastructure & Operations Organization. + Act as a transversal member of the Regional Analyst Team to collaborate on improving budget management, processes, and related data. **Who You Are:** You adjust communication content and style to meet the needs of diverse partners. You think globally and excel at viewing issues on a worldwide basis. **For This Role, You Will Need:** + Bachelor’s degree in Finance or equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree. + At least 3 years of experience in administrative support and financial analysis, along with developing data analysis and reporting. + Technical skills in Office 365 productivity tools, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI. + Knowledge of evaluating high priorities and delivering quality performance. + Fluent in English; other languages are a plus. **Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:** + Proven success in a Financial Reporting or Management function is a plus. + Knowledge of IT Infrastructure with a finance background is a plus. **Our Culture & Commitment to You** At Emerson, we prioritize a workplace where every employee is valued, respected, and empowered to grow.
