We are looking for a pro-active, passionate and talented Recruitment Interns colleagues for our team in Shanghai, China. As a Recruitment Intern you will be responsible for supporting the daily work of the Talent Acquisition Partners in the recruitment process for open roles projects.
We are offering an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on work experience and insights into Recruiting as well as wider HR topics during a very dynamic time at Roche. You will be an integral part of our TA team, managing recruiting activities across various client groups. In addition you will lead and support a range of global initiatives enabling our organization to adapt to new technologies and new ways of working.
During the internship you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the following:
Candidate sourcing, application screening, requisitions clean up, scheduling and assessment
Handling of candidate workflow using our e-recruitment system workday
Supporting the team with reports and presentations, as well as actively looking for process improvements
Other activities related to the role and business needs
We are keen to discover talents who are passionate about learning and show high curiosity in discovering new things.
Who you are:
You are an enrolled student in the advanced phase of your Bachelor or Master degree, preferably in Psychology, Business Management, Human Resources or in a related field. You ideally have first work experience in Human Resources and you are highly motivated to share your knowledge and chip in with new ideas.
You convince us and our business partners with the following skills and competencies:
Excellent multi-tasking and prioritisation skills, with a high sense for quality and professional management of administrative tasks
Creative, persistent, driven and eager to learn
Ambitious self-starter with confident and systematic attitude towards complex tasks and contents
Communication and Negotiation Skills.
Knowledge of MS Office, Google Suite is a plus
Previous project experience is a plus
